Be On The Sea 804 Policies
Be On The Sea 804 located in Estuaries II condominium at Palms of Terra Ceia is a non-smoking property. We welcome guests of all ages, but children must be supervised, especially in the outdoor areas.
We recommend before booking a reservation that you thoroughly read all of our policies. It is important for you to understand our cancellation, minimum stay, deposit and payment terms before you make your reservation. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding our policies.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks are accepted for all deposits or full payment made more than 60 days in advance. All deposits and payments are due in US Funds. Payments for bookings within 60 days of your arrival must be paid by credit card. All guests are required to place a credit card on file upon arrival to be billed for any damage that your or your guests may cause.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. Therefore, our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows, with NO EXCEPTIONS: Your deposit is 100% refundable (less any processing fees we incur) up to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel between 45 and 59 days of your arrival, we will return 50% of your deposit (less any processing fees we incur). If you cancel within 44 days of your arrival, 100% of the deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee and will not be refunded or transferred, regardless of the reason. The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures.
As there are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights, change of plans, etc., unless you cancel more than 60 days prior to check-in, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing trip insurance available online (www.insuremytrip.com).
MINIMUM STAYS
We require a minimum stay of 28 nights (per condo regulations at Estuaries II).
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
Check-in: 3 pm; please contact us ahead of time if you will arrive after 6 pm. Check-out: 10 am for guests and their cars. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CLEANING and DAMAGES
We charge a $150 cleaning fee for “usual housekeeping” upon your departure. The unit will be inspected prior to the arrival of guests. It is the guest's responsibility to bring any major damage issues to the attention of the owners at the time of their arrival into the unit. The unit will be inspected again after your departure. We have the right to bill you for any cleaning, repairs or replacements needed that are considered "beyond normal wear and tear" or “usual housekeeping” as determined by the owners. If the need for unusual housekeeping or damage billing arises, charges will be made to the guest credit card that is placed on file at check in.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Be On The Sea 804 has a STRICT non-smoking policy. A $250 fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file for additional cleaning if the owners determine that guests were smoking in the unit – including in the screened-in and sliding glass door balcony area. Candles and other open flames are NOT permitted inside the unit.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 25 years old to rent our property. Children of registered guests are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
PETS
Be On The Sea 804 has a STRICT NO PET policy. Should you or your guests violate this policy, you will be removed and will forfeit any unused portion of payment for your stay.
PARKING
There is one covered parking space (designated #84) available for your use. You may use one additional uncovered parking space if needed. No commercial vehicles of any kind, including vehicles with advertising, double axel pick-up trucks, or trailers, campers, motor homes, motorcycles, boats, etc. are permitted on the premises per Condo Regulations of Estuaries II. Guests are responsible for any damages done by their vehicle on or to the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have additional vehicles, boats, etc., you will need to find alternate parking.
